Paul Genick B. S., L. M. T., C. P. T.

Paul Genick was born in Brooklyn N. Y. in 1963. He attended Community College where he earned his A. A. S. degree at Kingsborough in Business Administration and Brooklyn College where he earned a B. S. degree in Adaptive Physical Education. He then moved to California where he earned a credential in Secondary Education from Cal State Northridge.

With more than 30 years of strength training experience and over 25 years of Personal Training experience, Paul is unique in his field. Having been a competitive athlete throughout his high school and and college career, Paul knows what it is like to deal with the injuries and emotional setbacks that a person is bound to encounter. he now addresses similar problems for his clients with patience, empathy and a commitment for results.

After attempting to achieve muscular gains while losing body fat through a number of well known diet and exercise programs, Paul ultimately devised, refined and now shares with his clients the "30 Day Body Transformation" program, a complete health and fitness system that really works!
